Brake Disc Laser Positioning Server

A measurement system based on Keyence LK-H150 laser sensors controlling FANUC robots for precise brake disc positioning on machining lines. The server collects distance profiles in real time, processes them through a library of 49 positioning algorithms, and delivers the optimal rotation angle to the robot controller via the SRTP protocol. Supports multiple lasers per station with dynamic active sensor selection.
